With the weather so unstable up here we did left over ribs. We had some good storms last night that knocked the power out for a brief moment and they had some large hail just north and west of us this afternoon.

I haven't had a St. Paul sandwich in years.
When I worked in St. Louis (the bad part) it seemed like there was a cheap Chinese joint on every corner.
My go to lunch was a St. Paul sandwich and an order of house special fried rice. I always worried about the meat, which was usually unidentifiable.
Most of the places had pretty good food and at less than$3, was cheap eats.

Last night, gal and I had Del Taco...wore it out.

Tonight...homemade fried chicken, pot of lima beans, field peas, rice, sliced maters, sweet tea.
