Went up town with some friends. We all had the pan fried walleye. Now time to unwind from a long week.
Cream Cheese filled Jalapeños on the grill, are one of Gods little gifts.Ribeyes on the grill, 20 cream cheese/cheese, bacon wrapped jalapeños; 10 on the grill, 10 in the oven with the baked potato and sweet potato. The 10 bacon-wrapped poppers on the grill far outshined the 10 in the oven. Was so damn hungry as stuff was getting done, didn't even think about any pics. It was all good.
Baked Chicken wings.
My wife cleaned out one of the freezers and found a bag of wings she'd marinated, vacuum packed and frozen. I had my doubts but they were great.
I wish I knew what they were marinated in, it was good and she can't remember.
The date on the bag was feb 2014.
Any California rolls

I think seven years is the oldest thing I've eaten from the freezer. Properly packaged and stored at -20f, stuff will last a long time. Vacuum packaging is our friend.Only a couple years, Sounds good too me!
Charlie, here's a photo of some I did last year. I use a different method now, that's a lot less trouble. I'll post pics next time I do some.
