The wife came home today so we went up town and had dinner. She had chicken Alfredo and I had broasted chicken. I got some good eats to grill this week when I went to the store this morning

Smoked ribs smoked baked beans stuffed whole chicken with bacon jalepeo. And tators smoked dogs

Smoked Pork Loin, with sweet BBQ sauce on grilled Kaiser rolls.

The same pie in Apple, with the Caramel crust, is really good.

When you eat that pie with icecream try drizzling some good old. Fashioned raw honey on that pie and ice cream its gooyey and yummy

My wife made some Kale chips last week. They sucked.
Raw Kale is good. Baked and made into chips, not so much.
Your eggs look pretty tasty.

This was actually the first time I've had it outside of a chip. I definitely agree the chips suck but fresh ain't half bad.

Kale chips do suck i have to agree simeobe brought some over one time they made i was hacing a cookout.i asked what is this,but fresg cooked aint to bad its a green like collards and mustards.i will say they arnt as good as some fresh collards boiled with a smoked ham hock or some smoked turkey necks

Damn fellas...y'all ain't missed a beat. I been laid up with a gal from high school past the last few days, lol...30 plus yrs since we've seen each other. Did some grilling and good cooking, just got pre-occupied with other things. I'm back in reality now! Lol

Noticed you had mentioned Prosciutto in your salad in one of your pics. Prosciutto wrapped around 3-4 pieces of asparagus on the grill, basted with a good melted butter and garlic is the ticket. I use it a lot to season with as well, right along with a big ol' good dose of sliced Pancetta with things. And I do a ton of seasoning peas, beans, greens, etc with Lords Country Cured Side Meat, smoked turkey neck bones, ham hocks...Good stuff!

Boiled some brats in Busch lite then threw them on the grill to finish them off. Had some baked beans and chips as well.
