Pork chops and twice baked potatoes on the grill. Had to order some new parts for my Weber genesis grill. We bought it new 12 years ago and it has been a wonderful grill but it needs a couple things before summer. I have had an issue with it not heating evenly lately so customer service at Weber should have me fixed up. It this doesn't fix it time for a new bigger grill.
