What's For Supper?

Damn...you fellas slung some groceries this evening. I huffed down two bowls of Cheerios, a bowl of Frosted Shredded Wheat, and a bowl of Raisin Bran. Desert was a Heath Klondike bar.

Sounds like a pretty healthy meal there Jason. Cereal is supposed to be good for you. I have taken a liking to wheat chex here lately.

Well they turned out perfect. No need for anything but some onion. I was only able to put one down since I had a late lunch.

Loaded Nachos.
Sliced Grilled Ribeye, sautéed peppers & onions, sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and Jalapeños, on freshly made Tostadas from the Mexican grocery store. A few minutes under the broiler makes for some melty goodness.
A couple of Coronas to wash it all down.

Looks like tomorrow is going to be chicken breasts instead of the brats I wanted. I'll see if the wife will make some stove top stuffing after seeing it earlier.

Thanks guys for all the well wishes I do appreciate it. However a silver lining is in this story just got word her daughter who was also in the crash came out of surgery tonight. She had a broken jaw in two places face was cut up pretty bad and her sternum was also broken. Seems she's gonna make a full recovery though so amen for that. Had one hell of a week my wife's grandma and dad were also in the hospital grandma for lungs life long smoker and dad for his heart. Think a few cold Busch beers are in order for tonight lol.

Went for a walk with Grandma this afternoon we have some neighbors starting a new business. Asked if we'd like to try a sample of Hawaiian shaved ice. Won't bad and not sure what makes it special Hawaiian ice lol.

Plans changed as we had a drain line back up in the basement so off to get a drain auger. So we stopped at chipotle for dinner.
