Mashed potato’s and gravy, field peas with snaps, green beans, rolls to finish out the yardbird. Fat and happy now, watching baseball til the sandman gets me in the recliner.

I found these ol’ school cafeteria trays at a yard sale several years ago and bought all six they had...gave .50 cent a piece for ‘em if memory serves. Prob the best three bucks I’ve ever spent, and still have all six...eat off these trays all the time.

Our asparagus season is pretty much done but I had some good feeds, the local boys know how to grow the best. Local potatoes, carrots and a wild salmon fillet done to perfection for me tonight. Um um!
