Ain’t nothing fancy but pressed for time...2 1/2 lbs of browned ground chuck, sautéed a sliced onion, deep fried some tater tots, throw it all together with some shredded cheese, couple of glasses of milk....it’s a gut filler anyhow.

Same here, Jason try 1/4 lb. Velveeta and a small can of Mushrooms in the mix. You will love the mushrooms.

Meant to post this a couple of days ago...6lb half loin in the B&D convection oven (rained all day so the convection oven got the call). Rubbed down with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub, last 20 min’s in the convection oven, brushed down twice with Italian dressing. Turned out fine!

What you see sliced was about 3/4’s of it. 6lb half-loin makes for quite a bit. Cut it with a fork tender!

Charlie, here’s the back of the Bad Byron’s 26oz shaker. They’re based out of Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It’s in every grocery store around here...Walmarts, Kroger, Publix, Food Depot, Piggly Wiggly, Ingles, etc. Some damn good rub!

Church’s Chicken...dinner earlier this evening with a couple of sides I made here. Tuesday only they sell a two-piece leg and thigh box for $1.49, that would be $7.45 for a 10-pc leg and thigh that way, versus their usual everyday $10.99 for a 10-pc leg and thigh. Why leave with one 10-piece when you can leave with two, for $14.90 before tax. Basic Yardbird Math 101...

Absolutely Charlie...shoot it to me in a PM. If you can’t find the Bad Byron’s Butt Rub up there anywhere, let me know, I’ll send you a couple of the 26oz shaker bottles. They usually run about $12-14 here for a 26oz shaker bottle...some grocery stores are a buck or so more than others.

Best parts of the bird too. Always juicy, flavorful and tender.
