We also had creamy Cole slaw but I jumped the gun with the photo.
My wife doesn't like fresh water fish so I always fix Shrimp or Scallops for her.

I buy the shrimp frozen. I clean and butterfly them then use whatever breading I choose. I generally do five or so pounds at a time then freeze them breaded. Sure is a lot easier than going through the whole process every time.Steve. where the hell do you get food like that out there? I have to drive over 30 miles to get it here. And I live in the seafood world. here on the east coast.

Meant to post this last night...eyes got too heavy after eating and watching the Braves blow it out their ass again to the Royals.
Cube steak and gravy topped with sautéed onions, Lord’s country cured side meat seasoned green beans, pot of rice, sliced tomatoes. And of course about a half gallon of milk. Daughter helped me put a hurting on it...
