Yesterday evening daughter and I had a big ol' pot roast with potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, bell pepper, mushrooms, big ol' pot of mashed potatoes and a pot of cut-up squash and onions.

Hmmm! wish I had some! More southern eat- en!

T-bones, Brussels sprouts sautéed with bacon/onions and roasted Yukon gold and Sweet Potatos.
One of my wife's patients brought her the steaks from a steer that they slaughtered. It was a very nice gesture and a decent piece of meat.
I split wood all day and this really hit the spot.
Lemon pound cake for dessert.
