My wife and I made scallops and shrimp sauteed in butter and a little peanut oil, with Blackened Redfish Magic, a little extra garlic, salt and Vietnamese pepper. About a pound and a quarter of each, with a quart of half & half poured over and heated 'till hot. Served on a big bed of linguini.
