We went to a local restaurant and had pan fried walleye. It's very tasty. I had au gratin potatoes with French onion soup. The wife had French fries and a salad.

That damn near sounds like the perfect meal!!

That looks really good!
What kind of marinade did you use?

Well where to start lol. The wife likes her own fancy stuff she has more spices than you can shake a stick at. We have a local lady who I call a witch doctor but I'll say she knows her chit. Wife goes and buys organic dry spices and essential oils from her. This lady makes some chit for pain that works like nothing I've ever used! I don't even think about advil or pills now that I have this stuff. Me on the other hand little Dales and honey and brown sugar I'm good to go.

That's one of my favorites :babeando:. Unfortunately the only place that carried it was Sam's Club and they stopped.
That's where I bought the one in the pic. I cooked it to Med Rare then shaved it on the meat slicer and served, piled high, on buns with a slice of Provolone.
It didn't suck.

I've learned if I find something good at Sam's, I better stock up. In a month, they might not be carrying it anymore.

You need to find a Kroger brand store the ones around here are Dillions and have fantastic *b-worders in house.
