14oz Angus sirloin, baked Potato, Brussels sprouts and homemade bread.
A close replay of two nights ago.
We went to Sam's this morning on our monthly stock up trip. There was a pack of two expired Angus Sirloin steaks in the meat case. They were marked down to $3.98 lb, so I decided to take a chance. Cooked rare, mine was excellent. My wife's, cooked med/well, was a bit tough.
I'll be buying them again.

The truth be known -- I did not grow up eating steak much at all. (I've had a lot of it as an adult from the east to the west -- the last large steak in Montana). My point being I ate quite a few sirloins before I ever had a Ribeye, Prime Rib etc. I enjoy a good sirloin and believe the one pictured would still be just fine for me.

Not dinner, but did a little late morning brunch I suppose you’d call it a little while ago for college daughter and myself.

Last night did t-bones, sautéed mushrooms, baked potatoes, asparagus.

Breakfast food is my favorite, I can eat it three times a day! Had the same thing this morning.

Lemon pepper boneless skinless chicken breast, roasted veggies(cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and brussel sprouts, rice pilaf and roasted red and yellow potatoes. With a piece of toast that got a little dark and a beer from a glass from my favorite bar/pizza/burger joint, the Faull Inn in Rose City MI
