Sirloin I cut into strips then sauteed with shrooms, onions, green pepper, and garlic. White rice on the side!

Care to share the recipie for the stuffing brother?!!! :babeando:
Of course...stuffed with two packs of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (I buy the Philly Cream Cheese two-pack box for about $3.75, mixed with Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese (shredded or grated mild cheddar works just as well). Microwave the Philly Cream Cheese for about 15-20 secs, that'll be enough to get it pliable and workable in a bowl. Mix in a few good handfuls of the shredded/grated cheese, mix thoroughly, add more grated cheese to your liking. Mind you this amount of cheese was for 20 jalapenos sliced in half, makes 40 total like in the pic. Cut the stem off, slice in half, core and de-seed the jalapenos, take a table knife, spread the cheese mixture in, cut a pack of bacon in half, use half to wrap the big stem end on the half jalapeno top to bottom, then take the other half and wrap opposite that, around the jalapeno half. That 'double' wrap keeps the cheese from coming out so much when they're on the grill or in the oven.

The 40 you see in the pic, I spent about $14 for all the ingredients. And if you're having a little get together or folks over, you might want to do twice as many...they get gone quick!

PS...if you want to add a little more flavor to them, brown a 1 lb small roll of Jimmy Dean mild or hot, drain...then add and mix the ground sausage to the above cheese mix. Crazy good eats!

Here's the crazy part about making these yourself...again, I've got about $14 in the 40 stuffed and wrapped in the pic...if I remember correctly the pack of bacon was a 24oz Oscar Meyer Mega Pack (you'll need a little more bacon than what's afforded in a 16oz pack)...butcher shops are the only places around here that will make these. Some of the butcher shops want $2/$2.50 each stuffed pepper to make them for you.:eek:

Don't take long to do the math there does it? Who in the hell would pay that kinda money for a damn stuffed jalapeño...I guess the folks with more money than sense would!

I took advantage of the wonderful weather we had today and fired up my baby Webber(charcoal) and grilled. Small strip steak, roasted red potatoes, few mushrooms and some roasted brussel sprouts. Was very good!
