Philly steak and cheese, large order of seasoned fries, 20 wings...10 hot, 10 lemon & pepper. And plenty of cold milk.
Looking slick bro...gonna be some good eats! The "first" birthday dinner for the "best lady" I know. The real deal will take place Sunday, when the kids are here.

That sux Charlie if you're referring to fresh, whole jalapenos...don't think I've ever ran across any grocery store that didn't carry them.
The local grocery in our part of Utah sucks donkey balls, as well. We were spoiled in California, with the year round produce.Yes it does, And they only stock them when they are asked for, And they are very small then!! I am not going to ride up there every day to check them out. But I can go 30 miles to a Giant grocery store, and they will have them. ( as stated above Food Lion sucks )

I'm getting ready to put in our garden. I'm planning on doing a Salsa section, with Cilantro, Jalapeño, and Serrano peppers.
I'm sure we can work something out.I might even pay shipping!
Wow! That's a bummer.

I have the same issue with groceries. The local stores don't always have what I want. A decently stocked grocery store is about a 35 mile one way trip. For anything exotic, it's 55.Guess I won't be doing these much, as our Food Lion does not keep them in stock. I guess that I can get them if I drive over 30 miles to a Giant grocery store. All the good stores are far from me. ( Food Lion is zero ) And the problem is that they don't give a damn!! My rant is now over!! F_ them!!!
Those look great! The "first" birthday dinner for the "best lady" I know. The real deal will take place Sunday, when the kids are here.

20 oz bone in Ribeye (basted with Andreas) and cooked med/rare, baked potato with all the garbage and a couple ears of sweet corn. Big glass of milk chased it down.
I made a happy plate.
The dog was pretty happy with the bone.

We're 13 miles from town and the closest store. We have a fair sized population of Mexicans in close proximity, so finding Jalapeños locally isn't a problem.Very true, I do not like to drive that far, esp. to get such small things. Hmmm. Mama has got the local food lion to get me some Jalapenos, believe that or not!! I am happy again!
edit, Local Food Lion is over 15 miles away.
