What oil is best? and what ratio?

how is the 576xp? dealer has a few on the shelf non AT units im interested in they look to be great saws but there is limited info floating around the web on them.

I've had both. Little more snot than a 372 with a little more weight. They are smoother.

It is one of my go to oils along with K2 and Benol/ Super Techniplate

I have had excellent results with both 2R and K2. I will use ST but only when I know I am going to be in very high load conditions. I won't use Benol.
2R is easily the best value in two cycle oil.

To make one thing clear Ben ,you run the same mix in bikes and ope right to keep it all the same ?
I would never run saw gas in a bike ,and am starting to lean the other way around not running bike gas in saws even though it works .

Klotz recommended benol for high performance chainsaws,surely they know what there talking about.

I do not believe it would protect a higher hp water cooled engine as well as a bike specific oil ,how much hp is a bike ? 50 plus ?and a saw is 6-8 tops maybe ?plus air cooled .vs water cooled
