What oil is best? and what ratio?

800 smells purty good too.

I didn’t like it. I’m one of the people that like Klotz smell so that may have something to do with it. Maxima 927 smells awesome but can leave a huge mess like Klotz Benol

That stuff had a strong smell milling that I didn’t care for

Switched from Stihl Ultra to Belray H1R just to try something different and hopefully better.

I'v heard that it doesn't burn well in stock saws and will make a mess....well, after about 2 gallons of the stuff at about 45:1/40:1, I took a look at he exhaust, and this is what I found. This is a bone stock MS462CM with about 2 gallons of Stihl Ultra and now 2 gallons of H1R

To me, it's not gunking stuff up, and the piston is not soaked in oil. If anything...it's dryer than I would like. Seems to be burning off nicely. Runs good, smells good. So far I'm liking it.
