What oil is best? and what ratio?

Based on that, what's your favorite oil these days?

That would depend on what's available.
I only burn 10 tanks a year max through my MS260 since I moved to Montana. As such I use what ever is left over from my dirt bike.

K2 is a great oil, but there are others that work great in saws. Yam 2R, Citgo Aircooled, Husky Silver bottle and most any oil that is actually FD certified.

I only used one bottle of it that came with a KTM bike I bought, so I really cant comment.

Yes sir thats it i got 3 quarts but it looked a little light brown maybe in color and i thought it was a blue color? I had'nt used it since i had a yz125 years ago so cant remember what it was then really.

Should be purplish color, unless they have changed it.

Hey wondering if any of you guys have experience (good or bad) on the husqvarna XP+ mix oil? The company I just came to work with supply all of the mix oil and this is what they have, I’ve never used this particular stuff before. Thanks for any info you guys can give.

I asked before the difference in all the XP husky oils and never really got an answer?

What oil smells the best ? I tried some vp 40:1 premix and it smelled like a top fuel dragster, which i liked but dont trust it to really be 40:1 in my ported saws. I tried some generic semi sythetic oil mixed at 40:1 with e-free and it smelled like burning gear oil/dog crap.

There is a oil that is French that smells like strawberries. lol
Used in snow sleds.
There is nothing wrong with that VP Fuel 2 stroke oil. Use it with confidence.
