P.S./Edit:
I haven't used this oil before, actually didn't even realize Dolmar makes it.
AJ @ajschainsaws sent it to me, I will give it a try. :)

Shhhh.....nobody tell Wilhelm that saw OEMs don't 'make' oil. lol Stihl oil is for Stihl and is over priced, husky oil bottles fall over when sat down, Dolmar oil punches above its weight & Ryobi oil is far to embarrassing to bring out in public.

I used a bunch of that stuff years ago until I discovered it was terrible from a corrosion standpoint. Do a little digging on it and you will see.
Maybe years ago but appears not to be a issue with new bottle.
Also has the same JASO FC and API TC rating as the Husqvarna and Stihl mixes.

I am not sure how you can read that label and determine it has any ratings? In fact it is not JASO FC rated and API TC has been obsolete since the 80's. Husqvarna oil on the other hand is actually certified and the cert number is typicaly on the bottle.
I also highly doubt Redline has changed the formulation. As of a few years ago guys were still having issues.

Holy Smokes you better get a hold of Redline , Stihl , Husqvarna and have them correct that!

Well I'm a little unsure about your own as your statements contradict the 3 mix labels above.

BTW I noticed you praised Husqvarna's certification...you wouldn't be related to Husqvarna dealer ole Bob Walker out of Nanaimo would you?

The Redline oil does not have JASO certification. A claim is not a certification, which is why the oil does not have the certification emblem or number.

I have been using only this and the orange bottle stihl as of late. The stihl oil was bought at cost from a dealer that quit and the no smoke is 1.19$/gallon mix bottle or 21$ a gallon.

Well I looked all over that Husqvarna XP oil bottle and no sign of any certifacation number.
Only says meets and exceeds JASO FC/FB and API TC. (Sounds like a claim to me)

Along with Redline claiming it's suitable for applications calling for JASO FC and API TC.

Stihl Premium bottle has no mention of JASO but claims it's API TC .
You claim API TC has been extinct since the 1980s:D
But here we have it still as a reference on these 3 different products.
The logo I have 44 years experience with is the Castrol logo on the Stihl Premium bottle. Actually from 1974 to 1980 my mix was Castrol Super 2 Stroke. Started using Stihl Premium Castrol mix in 1980.

Ran the extinct API TC Stihl Premium Castrol mix for 26 years in my 066 Mag and I can show you pics of its P/C from this year still in excellent condition.
So there we go , I like to see some of these certification #'s.

Here you go. This emblem cannot be used on oils that have not passed the test, and you can see the accompanying numbers. The test can be quite expensive for smaller companies, which is often times why they don't have this emblem, this doesn't necessarily mean a particular oil wouldn't pass the test.

What manufacturer is that black bottle in Russian?

It has multiple languages on the information label. And if you read carefully you will see the manufacturer is Motul.

API-TC it's not extinct, just mostly irrelevant.

Tomorrow I'll take a look on the Stihl Castrol site and see what they got.
