What oil is best? and what ratio?

Finished out the gallon of 93 Conoco 100% gas and red armor 40:1. Everything loved it and they seem to start much easier. Time to go get some more.

My unknown history pb500t backpack blower that I got for cheap on eBay starts 2nd pull after not running for 3 weeks with no prime, fs90 2nd pull no prime same time frame and my cs590 is 2nd pull choke then 3rd run after not running for a month. Everything runs nice and smooth. No smoke and I don't smell like a 2 stroke when I'm done. What's not to love? Lol

To be fair though my backpack blower started on the 3rd pull after prime on 87 e free red armor 40:1 after sitting for who knows how long at a pawn shop in Delaware.

It's definitely the fanciest oil I've ever used. Been using 2 stroke stuff for 20+ years and never new there were nicer oils than stihl or whatever Walmart carried lol. Still have an fs80 and an fs74 my dad used 25 years ago that's never had anything nicer than cheap Walmart brand or boat 2 stroke oil at 32:1.

Al told me to use Motul 800 or Sabre. So that's what I'm using.
Sabre was easier to get local. ?

I'd use Saber over 800. 800 is too thick for a saw for optimal performance

Yes. I just used about 2 gallons of fuel at 36:1 with this Shindaiwa Red Armor mix. Runs well. I like it so far. Piston and cylinder look like when I got the saw. [emoji106]

Well I am an oil addict now thanks to this thread, anywhere I go I peruse the oil section, just happened to notice this new today at LOWES so I picked one up. They have always had the pro mix synthetic blend, but this is a new full synthetic.
