What do you see there that makes you think it would work better at 40 Kieth
Better combustion. Still alil rich even ran at 14800. Id like to see darker brown to almost black but that pic isnt much run time either and it would build and darkenWhat do you see there that makes you think it would work better at 40 Kieth
Thats a blower? Factories IMO recommend 50to1 in stock equipment with a safe tune but when we port equipment and push it to its max with tune is where a better oil and more oil will help but most equipment reacts and combust differently with different oils. But we must remember , OIL IS OIL?!XP oil at 40:1 is kinda sloppy in my br450.
SafeI'm kinda ok with a little slop
But then again some oils combust more readily than others at certain loads, tune, ratio, and the enviroment its used inno slop if you tune them right.
7 sounds very low. I think I tune my br600 around 8700Spec is around 7 grand.
Thats where its tuned.
Its sloppy...its oozing out my exhaust port on my muffler.
12yrs on mine no problems. Only thing Ive replaced is a plastic cam gearThey told me goin past 7 is hard on the fan..
Did they lie to me ?
You would run new motor oil as bar oil but complain about the price of 2 cycle oil? [emoji28] [emoji23] [emoji28] [emoji23] [emoji24]new because used oil can damage the oil pump and it makes a nasty mess.

I think its 7800 but not 100% sure but I get off of work at 3 and will tach mine and post a pic. Im almost 100% sure its more than 7400How you do dat? They only go 72-7400 with factory nozzle.
Ryan I may be at 7800 rpm on mine but Id have to check with tach tomorrow. Think I remember reading on a 420/450 the fan will stall at about 7600rpm
