Holy crap! 490 pages!
Somewhere along the line I may have made a statement that the difference between the top level oils would be negligible. I think ratios matter more. And what matters most is that we are putting quality oils into crap gas. I think ethanol gas is the biggest scam ever foisted on the American public. I think that ethanol gas has caused more problems in small engines than could possibly be caused by using any quality oil.

I've been putting Stihl ultra in the gas tank of about anything I don't have to use just to dispose of it and don't wanna smell that nasty crap. The gas powered air compressors have been getting a steady diet of it.

I buy some canned fuel for storage. Other than that it's efree 87.
The 87 oct you guys are buying,
does it say recreation fuel or no ethanol on the pump.?
Cause any pump gas in da USA that is not labeled....is At least 10 0/0
Corn squeezins..

Read a page up please, this 272xp sat with efree high octane, and dominator in it on the Shop floor for 8-9 months. Ran it maybe 5 days in that time..no rust

Sorry, I guess I missed that post somehow. Saw looks perfect to me. I'm not switching, I do have some Interceptor ordered just to try. We'll see what happens, but I'm still a Dominator fan.

It lubes,,it cleans,,it burns clean..
What more can ya ask for..
Amzoil dealer told me bout a cart racer, I knew him, we went to school together, his heart gave out few yrs back....Anyway,, guys on da track- couple engines seized, he had them dump their Klotts laced fuel.
He would put dominator mix in their tank, pull the plug and fill cylinder too. Let it sit until it cooled, then they would get it to fire up and finish racing for the day.
One fella ran from midseason on and never tore it down until end of season.. So I was told.

NOW THAT'S SUM IMPRESSIVE CHIT ! That's what convinced me to try it,
I've never looked back since...

A similar story turned me on to Amsoil. My dealer knew a cart racer that ran redline and was changing oil every heat. An Amsoil dealer give the guy a quart told him to run it the rest of the day and the next weekend too. They guy said no way, the Amsoil dealer said do it and if it doesn't work out I'll buy your engine. The rest is history, also the reason my dealer became a dealer himself. My dealer also races an old school BMW in 30+ hr enduro races. He also was using redline oil (per recommendation of his engine builder). He switched after the the experience I mentioned above. The next time he had his engine in for a full rebuild, the builder was impressed, said he could reuse the crank bearings if he wanted. So.... Amsoil for the win!
