Not sure.I seen today on a can of husqvarna xp 50:1 it was 95 octane then in small print it said after mixing it's 93 octane.
I knew the oil lowered the octane some but 2 points is alot. I'm wondering if you run it 32:1 how much is it lowering octane points
Maxima K2 ran fine at 40:1. Some of the others made it sluggish at 32:1.

hi mikeAll my saws seem to do fine with AMSOIL Saber at 40:1 (w/93 octane gas).
On a different note, TS has bar oil on sale now at $6 / Gallon, I stocked up today. That is the lowest I have seen it in a long time.
I think read that somewhere beforehp2 works very well!
