My fs460c was alil boggy on the trigger and I reset it and presto! Instant throttle! That didnt help when I was cutting with it behind the house in the woods and about 20 yellowjackets tagged me this morning !! Lol!! I was running and stripping at the same time!!!! They were stuck to me head to toe

I hate those yellow jackets and they get more aggressive in the fall and come right after you .
Not a funny situation , been there too !!

The bog off idle is usually the low being a bit lean Keith .

Don't burn unless the saw is milling. Piston top is solid black goo.
That's weird
The 3 044's I ran and tore apart were spotless with it after 4-5 gallons. I don't run pump gas though....maybe that's the difference?
I just bought another quart a few weeks ago. Now you got me pondering.
Maybe I'll replace the 800 with HP2?

Tune them lean enough to burn and it makes a mess almost like some of the other ester oils. If it's real rich it will clean the piston. I've run it with VP, Trufuel, and pump gas of all kinds. Its a bad choice for saws unless you maybe try it at their recommended ratio of 60:1.

I have been known to tune rich off my ear.
Perhaps that's why the pistons looked looked the way they did.
What are you running these days?

You have to load it hard to burn dry at 40 to 1 ,limbing it will looks like a wood stove pipe though .
I was mixing it @ 40:1.
I would run it again.
I just like the smell and protection I've been seeing with the 800.
You still running the Saber?
Thoughts on the MX2T?

I ran a gallon of K2 the other day. I've got a gallon of Klotz original I'll use most of the time. I do have a bunch of the Mobil. It does good and doesn't have near as bad of an odor. 800 leaves plenty behind on everything. Seems you can get more power with other oils besides it and H1R.

The saber runs ok ,does stink if work under it like post hole auger use,i like that it has blue dye to see it's mixed and has stabilizers ,the mobil has almost no smell ,runs good ,but no dye in it or fuel stabilizers that i am aware of ,couple of my carbs gummed up leaving the fuel in over the winter last year with mobil .If i have to drill more fence posts ,i am going to mix up some mobil next time ,you can literally breathe it in and it does not bother me too bad compared to most oils .
I like the ease if getting the saber too ,it is delivered to my work on the matco truck once a week .the mobile i can get by the case a few miles from work though so not a big deal also .I am curious on the husky blue oil ,have some but have not mixed any up yet .maybe it wont stink like the saber ? maybe it will i need to try it still.
