What oil is best? and what ratio?

i found a OLD bottle of husqvarna oil it says low smoke and that is it has no ratings i might run it.

Not off hand I dont but they r buried over on AS and Redbull caught hell over them but he had alot of good info. Maybe he will be along and be kind enough to paste some of them

My stock 6100 has 210 compression and I ran the Dolmar synthetic oil at 50:1 and you could see a nice glaze on the exhaust side.

piston the dolmar looks pretty good compared to my 545 i use to have it had black gunk burnt on below the ring.

looks like it may have gotten alil warm with the bluing but I would let Jason or Mike look and ask them. Looks to be alil carbon built in the exhaust. Is it hard carbon? Wet? May just be combusting very well with that ratio?

Jason has been using Benol @ 50to1 in high compression and would be the one to anwser that and Im sure Mdavlee has tried it as well

My 550 ran really well on kl200 at 32to1

I ran new 550 and new 545 on that and they were great. Only change I made was, both went to 3/8 and 16" from get go.

It had less then 15 tanks on it then. It was still a bit rich for break in. And the exhaust was damp

Ring was probably letting oil below it when it was brand new. No marks so I'd run the piss out of it.
