Dang... either they are high, or we need to raise our prices.... LOL48.99 for regular
Yea, 100'rolls were well under $300, lolI used to get any Stihl chain (except carbide) very reasonable. All 20 inch were $12, 24 inch were $14, 32 inch $18, and 36 inch for $20. That was 3/8 or .404 in any tooth design.
Yeah I miss those days.........
It was a odd situation. Stihl credited the shop once a year with heavily discounted chain based on their unused advertising. It still goes on today but the prices are higher.Yea, 100'rolls were well under $300, lol
Been a while since them days
Our dealer, back then…late 80s…bought chain by the pallet. He supplied several firewood crews. We got rolls from him for cost+10It was an odd situation. Some 404 for ya BillHands down 3/8 x .050 will be the biggest demand. Next I would say 3/8 x.063. After that it would be a crapshoot between .325 in .050/.058/.063. I personally do not use .325 but I am betting of those who do the highest demand is a even split between .050 and .063. I am not sure there is a great demand for 3/8LP. Myself I would be interested in.404 but in.404doubtful that will happen.
With all that being said I would buy reels of 3/8 .050 primarily
I'll ask.How about 3/8 .050 skip?
