I will be later this week... gonna put 2 24s together for my 36" bar and get out to the wood pile in a few days... if its anything like the neotec chain, which it looks identical to, i will be happy...Anybody have a chance to cut with these chains yet?

Same here. Ordered 2 3-pks
Hang tight, 28 should be up in a day or so I'm told. I have tried the 36 .050 so I know they exist. Not sure about 32s. I'll ask about rolls. I forgot to ask early this morning before they closed.Same here. Ordered 2 3-pks
6 chains...3 24s, 3 20s for under $70
I hope these guys start selling rolls…or, at least 3pks of other sizes.
28, 32, 36…
I think it may be an optical illusion, as the stihl chain is further from the lens...Great pictures. Looks like the V modest chain may have a slightly longer tooth for more sharpening life vs the Stihl chain.
Any chance we could get some love for 24/25 inch 3/8 84dl, .063 for some cheap spares for the neotec bars some of us recently got?Woohoo! Here’s the Amazon page for 10% off for OPE members. The promo code is 10AMVJYZ and as far as I know, it doesn’t expire.

The only real difference is I see between the two, is the stihl chain is stamped stihl and the mark for the cutter angle is etched on the stihl chain versus stamped on the V modest. Other than that, the oil retention dimples on the drive links are the same, the stihl presets work on it perfectly, even down to the portion where the drive links attach is 063, even when it's an 050 driver. They even stamped the cutter with a three, denoting 3/8 chain, and the driver links with a three, denoting 050 chain just like stihl would do.They look strikingly similar Bogie. Stihl RS is my favorite chain...but not the price. Haha
Based on current price of 72DL Vmod....puts a 100' roll around $190 ish..
Thats really overpriced Hexa, not RS.... we currently have the 33rs 84dl for $36.99 each...Stihl dealer has the buy 2 get one free deal again View attachment 421157
So that's 114.60 after 6% sales tax for 3 chains
48.99 a loop for regular stihl 84dl
My v-modest 3 pack 84dl .50 were 20.50
Is stihl about 5 times better?
