If it’s on Facebook marketplace I don’t even bother inquiring. It’s all scammers or stolen *s-word.
Kijiji I’ve had much better luck with, met some excellent people.
Atleast in my neck of the woods I should say.

Could be just your area, I've bought some really nice saws and met some really good folks buying and selling on marketplace.

It does vary a lot from place to place. Complete BS in some locals and no BS in others.
