Mike; I always jump off EX23. 787 north, cross the river into Troy. Just after the bridge, bear left and get on Route 40. Take that all the way up to Greenwich, (about 25 miles). Left on 29 and The Cutting Edge is maybe a half mile on the right. Beautiful scenery. Might add 10-15 minutes, but it's worth it. Pick out some nice music and enjoy the ride.
