I might go too...Might have you deliver some parts I need...Chardon might be canceled...Sooo are some race saws welcome at this hootenanny?
Ohio is prohibiting any gathering of 100 people or more so I can see the Chardon Maple Festival being shut down easily, Shawn has mentioned he might have a race gtg at his place if that happens but nothing is decided yet.
I'll bring you whatever you need, just send me a list buddy.
I am hoping we can run a few race saws in PA :)

That’d be great Jason, Lightning Performance offered to bring his 15’ ladder, but he has a shortbed p/u, so it sounded like it’d be kind of a pain in the ass for him to haul that from Jersey..
How long is your ladder section ??

And wadaya mean, you won’t be doing any millin ??
Just dont feel like bringing a ladder Willis.
Eye can bring a big motor an a 8ft bar if your interested tho.

I asked my dealer today about some cants, unfortunately they only mill hardwood for railroad ties. I will check another place yet, hoping for poplar or pine.
I was just offered some huge tulip pops in se pa.
Some might be worth slabbing... not sure yet. Plenty there private road and property.

There is zero dineros in the deal. Did I mention they are live and still standing... I just did.
So no climbing and free race wood all over. He has many fat ones to. Clear wood mind you. I was interested because they start at 28"dbh to 40" I'm told.
Need to check the market there and local this week.
Maybe I'll get lucky and some of it is colored or figured... never know till you go look.
