Thermacell repair help

I have two thermacells and one gets real hot and works great. The other dont get near as hot. I have pulled apart, cleaned and inspected. Seems good in ther? Anynone else have a fix for these?

Mine is old as the hills but still works great, first design. Is the catalytic chamber clean with unrestricted flow from fuel orifice? Orifice clean?

I pulled it apart and blewmout the white part inside but never went any further. Not sure whats in the burner side. May have to pull that apart to see.

Tiny cobwebs get in burner jets most times or over them.

I have half a dozen of these Therma-Cells btwn what you pictured, as well as candle-type with plastic globes. Never had a single problem with any. I know my *s-wordt don’t help ya any...

No. Its still sitting on the work bench. One of these days ill pull it apart again.
