Also on saw #2 the parts list is:
Clutch cover
Switch
Ring
Piston (maybe maybe not)
Whatever made it score
Bar and chain

Could be out of reach practically in terms of money.
Get a box ! :D You know it makes sense ....Here is a page from a parts list that might show some info for taking apart...Intake looks interesting . Caber Screen Shot 2016-07-28 at 12.48.00.png Ring i can find on ebay from the "Greek" chap who sells meteor and caber parts. Hopefully someone on this forum and in the US has the exact info you want..

Yes,the intake does look, interesting. I just took a look ,Walbro carb. Thing actually looks fairly straightforward. Box or a tub helps but remembering how it came apart and goes back together is another thing. Also I have one three saws into two(or perhaps three) that have be apart waiting on parts saw #4 for over a year now.

Nice later model CT, Those are one of my favorites.
Fun saws to run.

If you ever come across a spare full wrap handle i'm in need of one.

I will keep my eye out for you they don't come up for sale very often

I am stoked with this CT I gotta be honest I like the CT better than the 166 , But I've always liked using the 153 or 133 more than the 166 I must be losing the plot
But getting this CT helped me get rid of one more orange and cream boat anchor in a good trade off

The carb repair kit isn't as straight forward as some models

Tell me about it :)! Iv taken to laying the parts out in sequence and taking a pic for reference if i strip a machine down and have to leave it a while. Walbro.. should be easy to get a kit. I am finding there is not a lot info out there on part detail on the PS 3410....
Hummmm...4 years ! Thats Vintage saws for you i guess.

Yes,the carb does look a little funky. By straightforward I meant the layout of the saw front to back and how it appears to come apart. The only top handles I've worked on were the 015's and never had to get deeper than the points.

Nice saw! Perfect for docking the logs off at the sawmill :)

Make me think of the blue ca I traded for, but got delivered to the wrong location and vanished into the ether.. :(

I picked up a couple CA'as well at the same place as the CT in total a box and half of parts God knows what's in there

The fuel lines on both seemed in good shape. Usually anything with a little age crumbles from ethanol.
Talking of the dreaded "E" ....was sent a test kit by Andrew (thanks by the way ) and have done 2 tests. Not a sign of any in the fuel from my local petrol station !!

Well if that's the case maybe a rebuild is in order. Is that for an OEM cover?

Do you dealers have a lot of these out there? I seem to remember a kerfluffle on AS a few years back on these. That they may have been a viable alternative to a 200/201T. Then Dolmar quit importing them.

I can say I've sold six in the last two years including two rear handle versions most guys over here don't rate them they look old fashioned and boxey but there nice saws lively and nice balance
