No it isn't listed they don't put the brand now like older IPL's , tomorrow I will strip out a new saw and look at the carb
I did a comparison between a 166 piston and the echo 1201 piston
and there is no way a 1201 will work. The 1201 has a 15mm pin
and the pin center to crown is way to tall.
Do you not have a 166 piston to use in your saw?
Ran well i hope ? Small wood ....small saw.
Kindling ?
Chances are up a tree 6-8in is about what you would use it for, so a good test i guess. New ring and a freshen up overall never any harm. Tasty group . Dol 100 ? not a 109..110..111..115?
Oh not at all.Nice little saws that range..have got a all orange 111 (first year ) really light 12lb with a short bar ,52cc and 3.3hp. Please dont be offended but Reason i asked about the 100 is this is what i have seen as a 100.View attachment 28885
I don't know if any of the US 420's got the matt top. All the 421's I've seen are the flat black.Your 420 got a nice shiny top
This is a pic of the 111 starter innards ...1 yr only as it was replaced with the more conventional starter pawl on the orange and black saws. The toothed ring flings out and picks up on the teeth cast into the flywheel. My 100 also has the original friction fiber recoil innards. Kinda looks like a flap disk. I guess they got replaced on recall or warranty.
You two noticed how Corey's new 421 (flat black ) has white or sliver lines on it..unless he put them there ?I don't know if any of the US 420's got the matt top. All the 421's I've seen are the flat black.
