Today I got this plow and snowthrower for free, both to be cleaned and posted for sale tomorrow.
Supposedly I'm getting a 1980s Yamaha royale venture for free tomorrow morning, seems to good to be true.
I was able to work 10 hours after school today.
I kinda f**** my back today. I've had back pain for a couple years but today I was lifting a bunch of 50 pound feed bags (yes I know this is nothing, I do this all the time) and when I was almost done one of them sent a strike of pain up my spine, I did the last one and hobbled into the UTV in pain but still able to move, got the garage, could hardly get out of utv, after grabbing water bottle I could barely get back into the UTV my back felt paralyzed I could hardly move, sat down 10 minutes, and continued the work day of fertilizing the lawn, leaf blowing, and washing dishes. Back is still in pain, much more than it always has been.

I've had this mower over 2 years and I have had 3 motors in it. I finally have it dialed in how I want it.

I went to iron River Michigan to pick up this cub cadet tracked snowblower. I've been wanting one for years. Worked good when last used 5 yrs ago. Looks minty under the garage dust. One of the track stop levers are busted. They wanted $100, I got it for $75. It was over an hour drive each way.

Just picked up another tracked blower, a 24 inch Yamaha that runs and works. Supposedly the ignition coil is going bad, I found it 30 mins after it was posted, offered $100, guy was asking $150, got it for $100. Sight gauge for engine oil is interesting.

Yet another lawnboy joined the fleet this evening. Paid $20 and got the other dark green mower thrown in for free which I will sell or trade. All I did to this was install a nos pull handle I had on hand since it had a wooden homemade one on it.

I got the new tires installed on my John deer 312 finally.

My first time ever buying DeWalt tools. These crates were $24 each from tsc and they are to help organize my bolts nuts washers etc which I have tons of, gonna need more of these. I'm more of a Milwaukee guy but these seemed like a good option for the task at hand, and much better design and quality than the few similar options I found at TSC.

The first part of my temu order has arrived! The carburetor is adjusted as good as I could possibly get it... Definitely slower than it should be at full throttle

I got this John Deere 116 for free this morning. Worked when parked but deck is very very rough and it was dying after getting warm. Nice opposed twin Briggs. The guy even gave me a nice battery out of his heated garage.

Gave the 116 a quick wash, found it has 0 brakes lol.
Might go look at a clapped out 7.3 powerstroke this weekend possibly...

Paid $50 for this, needs carburetor work and a key and some minor cosmetic stuff and an oil change. Supposedly it runs on starting fluid.
