Yes sir! I have had to take several junk saws over the past couple years that came as part of a package “deal”. I’ve learned which ones just need to go in the trash.
I don't scrap saws until I take most of the good parts of off them.

I have sprayed enough free all on this thing to equal its value...
Actually I might put a chainsaw motor in this...

That racking looks like it would help you organize your collection better.... hopefully it comes off the deck easily. Looks good!
It's just bolted onto the deck and frame. It's 2 peices tho. Very large and heavy. I don't have a building to put the racking in. I was thinking about taking a grinder to it to make the sections of racking smaller. Definitely putting one or a partial of one outside here for like parts motors and random stuff for sale and all my tires.

What did they haul with that? Propane tanks?

Ya, 20 pounders.
You fit on that? Looks like a kids power wheel.

Slap some sheet metal on that and make it a tiny home camper hipster thing.
I don't fit on it well, but I don't care lol. It does look like a kids power wheel, but with a gas motor.
That idea occured to me, but I need a useable trailer more. I wouldn't mind having a homemade camper thing to live in eventually so I'm not always in the house with my loud slave driver of a grandmother.

I was thinking of sheet metal on the shelves also, but just using them as the frame of a free standing shed.

Gave the JD 312 some love today.
New used headlight lens cuz original was missing, new air filter housing mounting screws cuz only 1 was left, fresh oil change, partially fixed the choke. Previously I installed a new aftermarket fuel pump, new aftermarket carburetor, and new OEM air filter. Next up is new tires, chrome exhaust stack, PTO shaft, nicer seat, proper choke cable, headlight wiring and bulbs, hydro fluid and filter change, and rebuilding the original carb with an OEM kit. All in all I will have $750 ish into it but with the tiller I have for it it'll be worth big money around here. Not sure how long I'm gonna keep it but probably until at least next fall.1000003942.jpg

Another lawn boy joined my fleet yesterday. Traded a clapped out non running 110cc youth quad for it plus I got $10 on top. Just needs a fuel pettcock and carb clean.1000003937.jpg
I put some more diamond plate on my wheelie mower, covering the safety and how to operate sticker as well as the hole where I removed the deck height adjustment from. I'm currently getting new tires on the front of it.1000003939.jpg

My grandpa and I used the oxecetilyne torch to cut down the shelves that were on my new to me trailer to a more usable and moveable size. They're making great storage for tires rims, parts motors, mower decks, and random stuff. I already started loading the trailer for it's first trip to the scrap yard. This Fall ill be building removable sides for the trailer, it already has steak pockets. And I will probably have the place I work for install ramps.1000004010.jpg

Much of my work day was hauling cattle.
After work I changed the oil for my truck. I had switched to mobile 1 think it's great last oil change but started using quite a bit more oil so I went back to quaker state. We'll see how it goes
