New gears and chains. Getting ready for haying time when it dries up enough. Need to find or make a new oil reservoir for the auto oiler.

First hay cutting for the year. About 6 acres. 120 more to go. But this is all I’m going to cut for now with the way the weather is. There was a smidge of volunteer barley in this.

Wheat....

I got it all rolled. Made 145 bales.

We were moving it to the barn yesterday and got rained out. Maybe today it will be done.

Well....it ended up less than stellar. It will be better than a snowball this winter though.

Lost half my garden to a groundhog in the last 24 hours. I was gone all day yesterday and noticed something had eaten the tops off of every sunflower when I got home. I blamed squirrels. This morning all the broccoli had been destroyed and there was a groundhog. Now I'm "Working from home" next to the window with my .17 I'm so pissed. The broccoli was just starting to head and it's going to get hot here before it can recover.

Found another job for the gator today. Works real good with the old roller bar rake, not so good with the hyd. fold wheel rake though.

Looks like decent windrows to me. Probably a more comfortable seat, too.
