I had the timing belt cover off on my little 98 Honda odyssey mini van, same vtec engine they used on the accords. I thought I had a balancer shaft seal that popped out, well once I got in there there was no oil on it and the seal was in place, so I had my son start it up while I was under it. It's either a sensor above the oil filter, or the oil filter adapter seal(o-ring). My wife just got back from town with the seal, hoping this is it. These little Hondas are great rides
