I love my buddy Jay who is my supervisor but I walked into the warehouse and noticed 2 new stihl top handles and...

We haven't ran the 2 200ts we have in the last 2 years what are we going to do with those but then I saw the 2 stroke drill rotohammer I asked for and wanted to kiss him and he's not dumb.

Oh yeah as for working with dumb people we had a seasonal employee get caught with a dab pen and got fired, he came up to the park afew days later with his kayak and almost died.

I worked with another guy a couple years ago who was off work for "mental health" reasons and on a day he actually showed he got stuck with me from 7 am to 7pm because we had 30 miles of Lake to cover setting and moving bouys. We got to the upper end of the lake and I stopped at the last bouy on that section. I told him to rope the bouy and he didn't move, told him again same thing, I was already mad at this point and screamed get your ass up and get the f..kin bouy as I punched the side glass cracking it. There was no communication problem after that.

I'm trying to figure out how the flex shaft went missing from the shop owned Foredom tool, in the 2 days I wasn't here. At this point, I think one of our resident window-lickers mistook it for food.
Broke it, chucked it, and hoped nobody would notice the empty tube is my bet.

He should be pushed into a wood chipper.

Should have got an immediate and severe beating from his co-workers
I heard some banter in the locker room as I left that she spit in his face. They likely both lost their jobs. Sounds like the bad behavior was prevalent. Something about the internet and the work environment that emboldens people to do *s-word they never would on the street.

If you put hands on a female though, what is coming to you will find you.

I agree with you, at the same time there is no excuse for spitting on someone. He should have told the boss at minimum. In some states, spitting on someone amounts to misdemeanor assault so he could have called the cops and had her cited.

the law here spitting on someone is assult in the 4th degree.....so stupid. there is no excuse to spit in someones face. if you are so wound up that you are brought to that degree of anger or frustration. that person is not worth your time and energy

I would have to politely disagree with the notion that spitting shouldn't at least be a citable violation. Any unwelcome touching of another person, including body fluids, is wrong 100% and should be a prosecutable offense.

oh i agree with you there should be a citeable charge for spitting on someone. in this state we have super strickt punishment for person to person crimes. it is a ballot measure that was passed quite a while ago. but it has mandatory minimum sentence of 72 months in prison for crimes that qualify. and a fist fight if you beat someone up you are talking a long vacation.

Here we have basically the same thing, Assault first (trying to kill someone with a deadly weapon) to Assault fourth (shoving, slapping, spitting).

I never intended to cause a stir. Every time I hear a story about chit someone does to get fired, I laugh to myself to think what's going to top it. This episode isn't the strangest, just the latest. Both parties are alright and have been referred to the authorities. I think most of us know what's right and wrong and what we'd do. Carry on...

I need to post another "wow" from work, pictures are on my desktop PC.
Hint: cover a 500k€ CNC mill with a tarp and try to heat it up with a 2.2kW heater in order to get it running. :p
