Took a month to switch over to 3 phase. I took off 0.060.

I made a sanding arbor for the bearing pockets. Needs some tweaking, but did the job.

How would the ring not tear up the bare aluminum cylinder?
Well... besides being a deep subject, I did manage to get the purple people eater saw running yesterday, although not well. The idle screw was jacked way forward causing a high idle, (another sign of a forced death) once that was corrected, was impossible to tune to run correctly. A new carbeltater will have to be acquired, good news they are back available, now to just get it in time...
