Spring is coming. I don't know about you but once spring arrives I always have lots of work to do. Having an injury like yours would really slow me down.
Take it easy and allow yourself to heal up. I know it's hard to slow down but sometimes you just have to.

I believe it said his screams got louder by 50% by the end of the video! I couldn't really tell though because I don't have that fancy computer software that ChrisPA has! I would consider that being good gains though!
