Mine only had to be machined 0.012", if anybody's asking...
I'm not sure how much was taken off of all these, but I want to say one of them was 0.017 in one corner. @drf256 @MoparmywayMine only had to be machined 0.012", if anybody's asking...

JMS sure knows how *f-word'em up...Yeah,
Mine was 0.008ish, but to fix, 0.012 had to be removed.
Plus the cases had a bad high-low.

I've been backed up and busy beyond this year.
.
Typical Doc Al, trying to downplay his role. The larger jug needed .017 off Sondre. I believe that was the 6100 on Kevin's bench now.
The 5105 needed about 7 off IIRC.
I wanna give credit where it's due here, Kevin has done the Lion's share of the work here. All I did was machine 2 bases and try to fix one muffler. Kevin has taken all the other work on himself. I've been backed up and busy beyond this year.
So the credit and thanks goes to Mopar, not me.
The Long Island Connection.
I like that.
Diversification Mike ............ gotta get with the times bud !!You guys are going there with someone named Kevin???
Looks like a flock of sea gulls flew over and dropped a bunch of *s-word on thst muffler. Either your a welder or a grinder... Looks like he's neither...What are the odds????? I found one of Jason's stolen "test covers".

Wow, that is just terrible work. Welding aside, if they would have moved the screens a little they could have left no gaps over the holes.
