Happy to help out.
Lotta people getting ripped off then him blaming the owners for the problems. But the final straw was $1500 mint restored 064 that was hacked together. Randy did a whole thread on it.So, what happened to induce this outing of this guy’s business practices?

I forgot about the parts switching. And belt sandingA million different scenarios, but basically he would build a strong running saw that had problems, usually uncleaned metal filings (and other shoddy work) that would kind of ensure that if you kept using it, it would implode. He would then try to blame any failures on the operator.
Go through the threads, you will find numerous examples.
He also charged for parts he did not replace, and/or replaced good parts with bad parts, sold saws that were supposed to be OEM pristine that were really built from junk and AM parts, etc, etc.
A lot of dishonest and unscrupulous behavior. Basically, don't send your saw to him unless you want to pick up the soap.
