Since you Billed your Problem @72thing, I think this thread needs a bit of yellow North American love.

Nice to see there will be a few old saws there this year. I'm bringing a Homelite Super EZ this year also known as a MAC PM850 killer.
It's going to be ugly. Not suitable for children to watch.

Nice saws there! I regret not buying a McCulloch at a flea market in Kentucky a few yrs ago for $100. I can't remember which model it was, Jake may remember. Judgin by the size, it was probly 80cc+

Will,

Do you have any pictures of the Saw your dad bought at a flea market way back when?

It’s been a while and I was before I had chainsaws on the brain. We took a giant watermelon to a weighoff in bear wallow Kentucky. I almost positive it was a 125 Mac may have Been $175. Because i remember googling it when we got home and thinking man I should have bought that. At the time I thought who would pay that for a beat up chainsaw that don’t even run. Lol

We can always ride back up there; it's only been about 5 yrs ago, they may still have it.

Well my homemade vent was a fail, as the rubber stopper broke in two. I guess it wasn't made to be in contact with gas...
I have a spare OEM 440 vent, so I gutted the factory vent so I could use the lower part that presses into the top of the tank. Then I machined down a small brass barb to press fit into it. Cap it off with a small hose and grub screw and it should be good to go. Time will tell I guess

No, I was working on it late last night and left my phone in the house. I will try to get some some pics this afternoon...
