I have witnessed deaths of Forums before that were once robust. Seems that the 'cliquey' places all fall off eventually. There is one that I've been on for almost 20 years now that keeps ploughing on but the cliques seem to rotate there a bit as it's a vehicle based forum and when a member gets another make of ride, they go to another venue.

The ones who keep these places alive are the knowledgable who *like to help others.
