Bought a non starting non running Jonsered 2165 turbo for €50
Cylinder has chipped fins and is badly scored along with the piston.
I didn't take many photos but I think it has been straight fueled. Zero compression and the petrol smells unmixed.

Also look what he did to his bar, silly bollocks. DSCF4196.JPGDSCF4199.JPGDSCF4200.JPG

Another question: Does anyone know the part number for the crankshaft bearings? There are bearings on ebay in China that will take a month to arrive, or there are bearings on ebay in Greece that will take 10 days but it says they are for a Jonsered 621 and have the Husqvarna park number: 738 22 02-25.

Careful putting the bearings in. There isn’t a lot of meat and you crack the case if you force them.

I have seen guys heating the case so the bearings fall into place nicely.
Yep. Put the bearings in the freezer. Heat the case to 320F. Work fast.

But if your like me your hands shake like your in an earthquake and sometimes the bearing drops in crooked. Then the hammers and hydraulic press enter the game. Danger.

I am not going to beat it into place with a hammer and I don't have a hydraulic press.
