I priced just about all of them. And this was the cheapest for what what I thought I could handle myself.Did you price a stick/ladder framed building?

It's been all year this year. Lol.When does your rainy season start?
@Miller Mod Saws take it from me.....listen to what Bob has to say because my business is built around second tier saws with very little local logging and a minimal amount of landscapers. It takes allot of sales to generate any real income. I dont know exact numbers but i sell a ton of Makita saws(keep 100+ in stock) and I went the route Bob suggested, low price. As a whole it has been a failure....even at 2-300 saws per year I might only work on 5-10 dolmar per month vs 20 stihls per week. .
thats the thing, for the first 2 yrs or so i didnt ship a single saw, the next couple years was just a handful, and even the last 2 years that I expanded the online/forum sales the vast majority of sales are still local. without looking up to give accurate numbers i cant say for sure but the last month of sales has only been 2 new saws(that i can remember) leave here on the fedex truck vs i sold 3 saws just today locally.Don't sell yourself short. I wouldn't call that a failure at all. Those numbers are VERY respectable for those brands. I'm guessing that many of those saws are being shipped to members, so they are not going to affect the workload in the shop.
No perka buildings. Bout 5 miles from you my man. lol.Truss company in Wathena?
Wah-The-Nah, Kickapoo for 'the shining horns'.
North bound. Frames finally done. I live exactly 57 miles from manufacturer and they wanted $500 to deliver. Do believe I can pick them up for that. Lol. View attachment 85667

I honestly couldn't tell ya. Last time I personally poured I believe it was $110 a yard. What's concrete worth up there?
I've got about 200 cubic feet of pole/pile footings to pour on current deck job and I'm using a concrete mixer and barrowing. I know, crazy, but events have made it necessary to get 'er done. One more big day and it'll be done. Desperate to get out of the wet, muddy, mo-fo ground.
