Makes a dandy fang don't it?He knows I’d outbid you on it.
I hang onto the chain to keep the tooth back against the stop. It seems to steady it some on my rig...Good Good nice view I may even be able to use that perspective for better progress![]()
Me two. Tried it that way from reading whole thread three times lol that looks like a white wheel, is that roughing down to the cutters that are smaller than a work chain?I hang onto the chain to keep the tooth back against the stop. It seems to steady it some on my rig...
Clean and grease the Torringtons, then set for zero end playYou can still use The Force, on a simmington..
Push up, pull down.. lotsa variables for the Indian there.
Your force is or will soon be squeakingNo...
I like the force..
I found a line between putting back pressure on chain to hold against stopper and pulling to hard and moving arm down.I hang onto the chain to keep the tooth back against the stop. It seems to steady it some on my rig...
Sorry, but thats why people should stay clear of used swing/slide arms. Machine accuracy is longer.I always liked how you could flex the swing arms to do exactly what you want without adjusting anything
Torrington bearings last forever if they’re taken care of in this type of application. It’s also very easy to replace the set of bearings and races, arm wear on the newer Simingtons shouldn’t be an issue at all.Sorry, but thats why people should stay clear of used swing/slide arms. Machine accuracy is longer.
