Holder no. But the whole chain guide yes. Theres stops on both ends. The stop pictured is how far it feeds into the stone. View attachment 46620
I will get an image of where my rs2 where the chain touches the wheel tonight ,not sure if you can translate the angles or not ,but you will have an idea how the wheel and the cutter look together during a grind to try to duplicate it .
It looks like the adjuster stop on the chain guide is where i would adjust it .

There should be a adjustable stop for the corner alignment. Then a adjustable stop for the infeed. Motor placement and top of stone has a lot to do with top plate angle. Slide arms are similar to swing arms, not the sdm4.
Kind of backwards compared to a RS 2. I kick myself every time I see one of these posted for not buying one when Madsens closed them out at $999. I bought a swing arm being a tight ass.

Mike you should of bought 10 and sat on them. Doubled your money by now. Lol

I seen it. Older, green model also. Didn't last long. Probably took first good offer. Also had some levers that other SDM owners thought was odd.

You have a little side beak on that one. I would try dressing the top of the stone with a little shallower angle and then move the carriage back a little until it feeds enough so you can match the corners.
Ya I noticed that. Practice practice practice. Lol. Shallower? Do you mean more flatter like the first stone that was on it or dress it even less of an angle than I have now? :)
