Husky 2100. Got rid of the louvers.
Outlet is 68% of exhaust port from cylinder into the muffler.

461 in work. Still have to match to the exhaust port when I get the cylinder back.

Inner bird cage out. These EU Stihls don't have spark screens. This one had a deflector and a bird cage on the inside.

Thanks Jeff. That one has a bit of cylinder work done to it, so I figured it deserved to breathe a bit more.

It's got a 1" D-shaped hole under the deflector.

Nope the cases were no good. Most of it went to the trash can. Just can't save them all. I used the unlimited coil on my 372 though.

Both and stripped screws everywhere. It was beat pretty hard.

OE 372 xp. This is my first muffler mod like this. I did a 359 before this that I just cut the bolt tubes on.

I just wanted the guts and plastics. But yeah, it sucks when you find all that stuff wrong with it

Everything was beat really bad. The crank was rusted pretty bad, and the tank was cracked. I found out why it was thrown away lol.
