64 is a beauty064 I did last winter. Stainless tube and baffle removed, 660 front cover. Love the way it sounds and has really good throttle response.

I just use rigid black pipe460. This was one of my first tube style mods. Prob did this one 4-5 years ago. The tube is actually 20g flatstock I rolled and welded as I couldn't find any suitable thin wall tube at the time.

Thanks. That was right after I got it back together. Its a first year model afaik. Had the two piece ignition module and cast filter cover and narrower handlebar when I got it. Wearing a 660 poly flywheel coil, a bing carb and a ported Mahle jug right now. I pulled the original KS and shelved it for now. I've been using the crap out of it this year. I like it better than my ported 390.64 is a beauty
I hear yaNot yet.
I like to keep them thin. I think the tone is better. It doesn't have as sharp of a tone as thicker wall. I'm a little eccentric about sound though.
This 360 I did with standard tubing and I can tell a difference in tone.

Put that on the 64Not a saw but it's a modded muffler. First (only thus far) pipe I ever built. Not sure if it works yet as the project got sideburnered for now.

They do. The 460 is the closest one of the bunch. It will rub if you flex it. I trimmed the flag off of it to make it work. The others work fine as is. The 360 is cramped on the fw side so that's why I ran both out the pto side on it.@ABarrick
Do the chain brakes work on the mufflers with the pipes going out the side?
