God hates a coward JeffI suck at cutting fast. lol
I am ascared I might get hurt.
You ever try and trim or cut off the little side flap piece on the 044 brake lever? So the pipe can fit?
And funCareful... it's expensive
Could be why I never tried it, although when I designed it I thought I had it low enough. I will probably just cut them off and use a large Red97 deflector.Yes, if I go way big on the pipes. Sorry to tell ya but yours probly won't work either way. Wrong angle and way to high on the flywheel side.
It's much easier to get rid of the stock defector firstMy piped 036 muffler.
Burn marks were from when I got the saw. I hate burn marks on cases.
Saw sounded cool though.
Its been MOFO'd now. Lol

@srcarr52 made a video.Where's the details on how to remove the baffle from a 660 muff?
I normally just cut the end off and call it a day, but I'd like to attempt at removing it completely . Also looking for an 1122 DP muff cover if anyone wants to part ways with one.
OEM or AM.....don't really matter much.
Although I prefer OEM.
TROOF!To quote everyones' favorite doap dealer eerrrrrrrrr I mean saw parts guy "Real men don't need a chain brake, they just get in the way when you are racing."
@Definitive Dave
They blowed up, rebuild them and try again.Nice work on that Deeter.
LOL...your killing me.
I'd *s-word if I ever blew up one of my saws.
Silver solder is a type of braze.Is solder strong enough to hold it in place? Or is it welded inside?
